Pijok Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of pijok. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By using pijok, you agree to everything set out below.

Before you read the full terms, here are the six most important things every pijok player should understand.

You Must Be 18 or Older

Pijok is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to register and play. We verify age during registration and reserve the right to request additional proof at any time.

One Account Per Person

Each player is allowed exactly one pijok account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited. If you've lost access to your account, contact support — don't create a new one.

BDT Transactions Only

All deposits and withdrawals on pijok are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. No foreign currency conversions, no hidden fees on standard transactions.

Fair Play is Mandatory

Any attempt to exploit bugs, use bots, collude with other players, or manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. Pijok takes fair play seriously.

Bonus Terms Apply

All bonuses and promotions on pijok come with wagering requirements and conditions. Read the specific terms for each offer before accepting. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until requirements are met.

Responsible Gaming Tools

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pijok platform, including the website at pijok.com, the pijok mobile application, and all associated services. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on pijok, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use pijok. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. Pijok recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms apply to all users of pijok regardless of how they access the platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or the dedicated pijok Android app. The same rules apply across all access methods.

02 Eligibility

To register and use pijok, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
  • You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a pijok employee or contractor.
  • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from pijok for any reason.

Pijok reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits may be returned at pijok's discretion. Protecting minors is a non-negotiable priority at pijok.

03 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one pijok account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, pijok will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a working email address. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pijok login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Pijok will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact pijok support immediately.

  • Registration is free and takes approximately two minutes to complete.
  • You must verify your mobile number before making your first deposit.
  • Full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold.
  • Pijok reserves the right to request supporting documents including a national ID card or passport at any time.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pijok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Pijok currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No foreign currency is accepted, and no currency conversion fees are applied to standard transactions.

Deposits are typically credited to your pijok account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact pijok support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed by pijok's payments team and are typically completed within 10 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals requested outside of peak hours may take slightly longer but will always be processed within 24 hours for verified accounts.

  • Minimum deposit: 100 BDT
  • Minimum withdrawal: 200 BDT
  • Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Pijok does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return such funds.
  • Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal limits applied.
  • Pijok reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.

Important: Funds deposited on pijok must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and applies to all accounts.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Pijok offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all pijok promotions unless otherwise stated:

  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
  • Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each offer.
  • Pijok reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
  • Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Bonuses are intended for recreational players. Pijok reserves the right to limit or withdraw bonus eligibility for accounts that show patterns inconsistent with recreational play.
  • Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.

Pijok's decision on all bonus-related matters is final. If you have a question about a specific promotion, contact support before accepting the offer.

06 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Pijok is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with pijok games or systems.
  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or multiplayer games.
  • Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations.
  • Engaging in any form of money laundering or using pijok to process funds from illegal activities.
  • Attempting to access another player's account or pijok's internal systems without authorisation.
  • Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after receiving gaming services.

Pijok monitors all accounts and gameplay for suspicious activity. If your account is flagged for investigation, pijok may temporarily restrict access to your account and funds while the investigation is ongoing. Pijok will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player.

07 Game Rules

Each game available on pijok operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules will take precedence for matters relating to gameplay, and these Terms will take precedence for all account, payment, and conduct matters.

All games on pijok use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. No game outcome is predetermined or influenced by pijok staff. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the game provider and is available within the game information panel.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — pijok will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. Pijok's decision on technical dispute outcomes is final.

Game availability: Pijok reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend any game from the platform at any time without prior notice. This does not affect any bets already placed on the affected game.

08 Responsible Gaming

Pijok is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost and take effect immediately upon request.

  • Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
  • Session timers: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
  • Cool-off periods: Take a short break from gaming for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
  • Self-exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from pijok. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

09 Privacy and Data

Pijok uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. 10 Account Suspension and Closure

Pijok reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if pijok reasonably believes that:

  • The account holder has breached any part of these Terms.
  • The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
  • The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification.
  • Continued operation of the account poses a risk to pijok, other players, or third parties.
  • The account holder is found to be underage.

If your account is suspended, pijok will notify you by email and provide a reason where it is legally permissible to do so. You may appeal a suspension by contacting support. Pijok will review all appeals fairly and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

You may also close your own pijok account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance in a legitimately operated account will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification checks.

11 Limitation of Liability

Pijok provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While pijok makes every effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and reliable, pijok does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pijok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, or interruption of service.

Pijok's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability for fraud or wilful misconduct by pijok.

12 Changes to These Terms

Pijok may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, or industry standards. When material changes are made, pijok will notify registered players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of pijok after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using pijok and may request account closure by contacting support.
